Looking for Full Time Graduates or Post Graduates with excellent communication skills and good exposure in Sales/Business Development/client handling/key account management.

Job Responsibilities :-
1. Develop relationships through phone, email, social media and professional networking
2. Prospect revenue opportunities (cold call) and build a pipeline to chase monthly/quarterly targets.
3. New Client acquisition primarily focusing upon positive relationships at all levels targeting the decision makers and HR professionals of organizations.
4. Develop account relationships and close sales quickly
5. Build a strong client relationship and grow accounts to their maximum potential
6. Introduce the products, understand prospects hiring needs, share relevant proposals, negotiate, close the deal, after sales service and renew subscription.
7. Coordinate with different departments and act as the customers point of contact to ensure all queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately
8. Manage complete sales cycle independently
Desired Profile :-
1. Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
2. Full Time Graduate or Post graduate
3. 1.-4 years of experience in Sales (preferably B2B Sales)
4. Self-motivated and driven to plan and execute sales generation
5. Commitment to exceed targets
6. Able to build good working relationships across all levels
7. Able to work in a team and independently
