We are looking for a candidates with International Voice Process- Customer Care Experience to start a career with our Global Shared Service Centre as Process Associate and the interested candidates can walk in directly.
Designation: Process Associate
Shift: Rotational, 5 days/week
Eligibility:1-2 years experience
Preferably Direct Customer sales and Tele-sales
Rate co-ordination and negotiation with customer.
Rate co-ordination with the Pricing centre.
Sending rate requests to the pricing centre, generating approval from the concerned Pricing Centre and submit to customer for approval.
Compilation of Quotes received from Customers.
Perform basic verification on the rates provided by the Pricing centre.
Review accuracy of rates and verify the correctness of the logic in the application.
Provide online instant chat support for customer enquiries on quotes & shipment status.
Check payment receipts/credit responses are being updated in the application.
Provide management with weekly or monthly reports including win/loss tracking, quote variance to guidelines, sell price trends, speed to quote, etc.
1-2 years of Customer care experience in International BPO
Should be excellent in English Written/ Verbal Communication
Should be good in MS Office
Should be good in analytical skills.
Candidates should be ready to work in flexible shifts
Ability to handle cold calling.
