Position: Recruitment Specialist
Reporting to: Team Lead Recruitment
Experience: Minimum 2 year core Non-IT recruitment experience
Education: Any Graduate
Location: Chakala, Andheri (East)
Salary: Up to 3.50 Lacs
1. Should be good in client coordination & client management.
2. Handling end to end recruitment process for Junior, Mid & senior management level hiring for Pan India.
3. Searching, Screening, Short listing, scrutinize quality profiles as per client requirements through different channels of Recruitment like various Job Portals, Professional Sites, Database, networking, headhunting, recommendations and referrals.
4. Involvement in preliminary telephonic interview with candidates to ascertain their competencies, academic, experience, & communication skills and aspirations i.e. positions, salary, relocation aspects etc…
5. Inform applicants about job responsibility, designation, compensation & benefits, work schedules & working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities & other related information.
6. Prepare and Analyze Daily, Weekly & Monthly Recruitment Status Reports.
7. Responsible for ensuring timely deliverables.
8. Formulating interview schedules, filling reports of candidates status, recording their joining reports and maintaining resume database.
9. Headhunting – generating leads and converting them.
10. Convincing candidates to accept offers and join.
11. Ability to negotiate rates/salaries, present and sell candidates within their business areas, whilst ensuring that all processes are followed in line with the agreed methodology.
12. Regular follow up with the client and candidates for joining & after that stay connected with candidates for smooth transition of clearing Invoice & candidates long term relation.
13. Manage pre and post interview follow-up & maintain good relation with client & Candidate both.
14. Any other related works as assigned from time to time by reporting authority.
15. Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
16. Keeping up-to-date records of all correspondences and maintain Employee Database.
