    Position Description

    Stratemis HR Technologies Private Limited (as an independent entity under leadership of Mr. Raman Roy) is looking for dynamic , energetic , self-motivated recruiters either freshers or with 1-2 years experience. The recruiter will be working closely with Project leads to source and screen the right candidates to place them as per the internal or external stakeholder requirement.

    Your Day-to-Day

    • Working closely with the Project Leads on various hiring requirements shared by either internal or external stakeholders (Clients)
    • Understand the profile requirements in detail and identify the right talent pool based on the market mapping (target companies, experience, domain etc.)
    • Source candidates from various sourcing channels such as Campus, Social Media, Indirect referrals, Job Boards etc. as and when applicable
    • Post positions on Social media/Job Boards to attract and generate traffic of applicants
    • Screen candidate profiles as per the Job description
    • Conduct a competency based telephonic assessment to identify the right fit
    • Based on the above share the profile for best fit candidate with Project Lead/Line Up for Interview as applicable
    • Comply with the interview and the hiring process
    • Proactively highlight challenges (if any) to the Project Leads and seek support on the solution to avoid any road block
    • Build a connect with offered candidates to provide the best candidate experience with a focus on final Joining
    • Share your daily performance vs. actual targets assigned to the Project Lead/MIS Resource as applicable
    • Ensure meeting the deliverables within the set timelines

    What you bring to the team

    • As a fresher you come with a positive attitude, learning agility, adaptability, zeal and passion to work
    • 3 year graduation degree
    • 1-2 years+ of recruiting experience in the domains either or BPO/ITES, Education, Ecommerce, IT, Healthcare, Insurance, BFSI etc. not limited to sourcing, interviewing, screening
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Stakeholder management
    • Eye for detail
    • Ability to work under pressure and with specific targets and timelines
    • Customer Centric attitude

    • 6 days working
    • 10 am -7:30 pm shift hours
