    Your Impact As A Customer Experience Specialist

    1. Customer Service through Chats & emails
    2. Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels
    3. Build client & domain knowledge to be able to deliver a resolution on the first conversation
    4. Ensure adherence to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) like Customer Satisfaction, Service Level, Handle Time & Customer Effort
    5. Maintain Internal & Client level delivery quality on chats & email conversations
    6. Adhere to Customer Service Attendance & Accountability policies
    7. Execute issue /query resolution and ensure proper documentation & follow-up
    8. Identify, share and support operational improvements

    Education

    1. Graduates in B.Com, B.B.A., B.A, BHM, BSc (Hospitality only)
    2. Result Awaited candidates can also apply
    3. (No Full time MBA) No MCA.B Tech, BE, B Ed

    You bring knowledge & expertise

    1. Experience 0 – 2.5 yrs.(Freshers are eligible)
    2. Excellent communication skills
    3. Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts
    4. Proficient in computer usage and Basic knowledge on MS Office
