    • Assessing client requirements and pitching customized online matrimony services to pre-generated leads.
    • Building and managing strong relationships with customers to ensure timely renewals and minimum drop-outs.
    • Focusing on creating customer satisfaction thereby creating online awareness of the paid membership plans.
    • Conceptualizing & implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales volume.
    • Engage & retain clients with immediate query resolution, regular follow ups & value delivery.
    • Focusing on revenue generating and contributing to overall business objectives and profitability.
