Responsible for handling activities/tasks allocated by the TL/OM (including monitoring the Help Desk mail boxes during their prescribed assigned times).Responsible for answering inbound calls and make outbound calls.
Responsible for data entries.
Each new call or e-mail request must have a ticket generated in ticket logging tool.
Responsible for running regular and ad-hoc reports.
Follow-up on tickets created by the agents.
