We are scouting for people with B2B / B2C Collections, Cash Apps. OR R2R experience for one of our new Insurance Clients.The said client has its operations in 3 geographies – Switzerland, United Kingdom & USA however the applicant should be open to work in US shift hours.
Since it is going to be a pilot batch hence we shall require about 40-50 candidates to be hired at an Assistant Manager (For Individual Contributor Role & Team Manager Role) & Lead Assistant Manager (For Team Manager Role).
Selected candidates may be required to travel to US for a knowledge transfer hence carrying a valid passport & a valid US / UK Visa is preferable.

B2B / B2C Collections –
-Possesses necessary knowledge of business concepts to effectively perform the job
-Effective negotiation skills
-Makes decisions in a timely manner; shows good judgment about when to make decisions independently and when to collect more information or involve others.
-Commits to achieving specific objectives and takes ownership for accomplishing them.
-Effectively balances quality, customer service and productivity standards
-Make calls to the customer for collection or payment details
-Work towards resolution of disputes
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a team manager role in a US collections (Insurance Process Experience Preferred)
-4+ years prior experience of working in Order to Cash processes, specially collections
-Must have worked on any of the ERP AR modules, preferably SAP
-Must have client management experience
-Must have done reporting, quality audits & trainings
-Achieving key targets for the process in line with the SLA (Service level Agreement)/KSFs (Key Success Factors)
